What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 5+ years in consulting or relevant finance roles with a strong focus on controlling and transformation.
• Expertise: Deep understanding of controlling, financial planning, and accounting processes.
• Digital Fluency: Knowledge of finance digitalisation tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Alteryx) is a major plus.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate data into actionable insights and solutions.
• Client Focus: Exceptional communication skills to build trust and relationships with stakeholders.
• Languages: Fluent in German and English; French is a bonus.
• Drive: Enthusiasm for travel and working on-site with clients to deliver excellence.
